How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-3 days for the order to be packed and prepared for shipment. This shop is something I do in my spare time (which is in high demand with all the animals we have!) so it’s rare that I’m able to get shipments processed the day they arrive.
How long until my package arrives?
Please allow up to one week for packages to reach their destination in the US. Shipping depends on your location, so if you live close to Southern California, you’ll get it much faster than if you’re in NYC. COVID and holiday strain have greatly impacted the flow of goods, so please be patient! International shipping definitely takes longer. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your package to arrive.
